400 gram hvetemel
\u00bd ts bakepulver
1 ts natron
1 ts salt
2 ts vaniljesukker
150 gram m\u00f8rk sjokolade
200 gram knust Pops
Litt ekstra Pops til \u00e5 pynte cookiesene med<\/p>\n

Slik gj\u00f8r du:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Varm ovnen til 190 grader. Pisk romtemperert sm\u00f8r, sukker og r\u00f8rsukker hvitt i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin, eller med en elektrisk visp.<\/li>\n
  2. Ha i ett egg om gangen, og pisk godt mellom hvert egg.<\/li>\n
  3. Tilsett mel, bakepulver, natron, salt og vaniljesukker, og kj\u00f8r til alt er godt blandet.<\/li>\n
  4. Grovhakk sjokolade og Pops, og vend inn i blandingen. Spar noe til pynt.<\/li>\n
  5. Legg 1-2 spiseskjeer deig p\u00e5 et stekebrett dekket med bakepapir. Lag ca. 6 cookies per brett. Husk at cookiesene flyter utover, s\u00e5 s\u00f8rg for \u00e5 ha nok mellomrom mellom hver cookie.<\/li>\n
  6. Stikk inn noen Pops p\u00e5 toppen av hver cookie.<\/li>\n
  7. Stek i ovnen i ca. 12-15 minutter til cookiesene er gylne.<\/li>\n
  8. Str\u00f8 litt knust Pops p\u00e5 toppen n\u00e5r kjeksen kommer ut av ovnen. La dem avkj\u00f8les litt p\u00e5 platen, f\u00f8r du flytter dem over p\u00e5 en rist.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
